As most of you know the RNLI is a huge part of my life with my Husband being a Helm/station mechanic and my Son also being a crew member too, I have decided to take part in the 100km run throughout July challenge to help raise some funds for this fantastic charity. A charity we never know we all may need at some point in our lives, a charity that gives the most thorough training and the crew that risk themselves everyday, selflessly.
